If you are returning the products to us because they are either not of satisfactory quality, faulty, not fit for purpose or misdescribed, we will carefully examine the returned products and inform you of the results of the examination and our decision regarding the refund as soon as possible. The refund will be issued without delay, and in any case within 30 days of confirming you are entitled to a refund. We will refund the price of the faulty product in full, any delivery charges and reasonable costs you incur in returning the item to us. The refund will be issued using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless otherwise agreed. You will not incur any fees because of the reimbursement.
